If your item has arrived damaged, please keep the item and all packaging, and take clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Email the photos to gridandgaragediecast26@outlook.com, quoting your order number, so we can investigate.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please check your tracking information first, then send us your order number and explain what the tracking shows.
